You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place an order on the Platform. If you are ordering on behalf of a minor or a dependent, you confirm you are legally authorised to do so.

Prescription-only medicines will only be dispensed against a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner, for the person named on that prescription or their authorised caregiver.

Access to the Platform requires verification of your mobile number via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure, and for all activity that occurs through your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current information (name, contact details, delivery address, and, where applicable, date of birth and gender) and to keep this information up to date.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock, a prescription cannot be verified, or an order appears fraudulent).

Orders containing prescription medicines are reviewed by our registered pharmacist before dispensing. We may request a clearer image of your prescription, contact you for clarification, or decline to dispense an item if the prescription is invalid, expired, or unclear.

Order cancellation by you is permitted only before the order has been packed for dispatch. Once an order reaches the "packed" stage or later, it can no longer be cancelled through the Platform — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Payment can be made via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or cash on delivery (where available). Online payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

Coupons, loyalty points, and referral credits are subject to their own terms (validity window, minimum order value, usage limits) shown at the time of redemption, and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.

We currently deliver within Ahmedabad and surrounding serviceable areas. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (traffic, weather, stock availability at the allocated pharmacy branch).

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being reasonably available to receive the order. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

The Platform facilitates the sale and delivery of medicines dispensed by licensed pharmacies. We are not a substitute for professional medical advice — always consult a qualified medical practitioner regarding your health and medication.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickPills is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, delays in delivery, or misuse of medicines ordered through it.

All content on the Platform — including the QuickPills name, logo, and app design — is the property of QuickPills and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
