  • Prescription & health information: uploaded prescription images, linked patient profiles (e.g. family members you order for), medicine reminders, and any health-related consents you provide
  • Payment information: payment method used and transaction status — full card/UPI credentials are handled directly by our payment gateway partner and are not stored on our servers
  • Device information: a device token used to send you order and delivery notifications, and basic device/app version information for troubleshooting
  • Usage information: pages/screens viewed, searches performed, and general app usage, used to improve the Platform

2. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account, and verify your identity via OTP
  • To process and deliver your orders, including allocating them to the nearest serviceable pharmacy branch
  • To have a registered pharmacist verify prescription-only items before dispensing
  • To send order updates, delivery tracking, and service notifications
  • To operate loyalty points, referral rewards, and coupon programs you choose to participate in
  • To provide customer support and respond to your queries or complaints
  • To improve the Platform's features and reliability
  • To comply with applicable law, including recordkeeping requirements for the sale of medicines

3. Prescription & health information

Prescription images and any health information you provide (such as medicine reminders or health consents) are treated as sensitive personal data. We use this information solely to verify and fulfil your orders and to provide features you opt into (such as dose reminders), and we limit access to this information to personnel and systems directly involved in that process.

4. Sharing your information

We share your information only where necessary to operate the Platform:

  • With the pharmacy branch fulfilling your order, and with our delivery partners, solely to complete delivery
  • With our payment gateway partner, solely to process payments
  • With our registered pharmacist, solely to verify prescription-only items
  • Where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request from a government authority

5. Data retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, as required for recordkeeping obligations applicable to the sale of medicines and to resolve any disputes. You may request deletion of your account as described below.

6. Your choices & rights

  • You can view and update your profile and address information from within the app at any time
  • You can manage notification preferences from within the app
  • You can request a copy of your data or request that your account and associated data be deleted, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations, by contacting support

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under 18. Accounts must be created and operated by an adult; a parent or guardian may place orders for a minor's medicine needs.
